Day-by-day itinerary
Arrive Bali · Transfer to Ubud — Our representative meets you at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) after immigration and customs. The private transfer to Ubud takes about 1.5 hours, longer in evening traffic. Hotel check-in is usually from 2 pm, and you get a welcome drink on arrival. The evening is free to walk around central Ubud, where several restaurants near Ubud Palace serve Indian and vegetarian food.
Ubud full-day tour · Monkey Forest and craft villages — After breakfast, start the full-day Ubud tour with your driver and guide. The morning covers the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Ubud Palace and the Ubud Art Market; keep food, sunglasses and loose items away from the monkeys. In the afternoon, the art and craft tour visits Celuk for silverwork, Mas for wood carving and Batuan for traditional painting, all within 20–30 minutes of Ubud. You are…
Tegalalang rice terraces · Fast boat to Nusa Lembongan — Visit the Tegalalang rice terraces early, about 30 minutes north of Ubud; the swings and photo spots charge separately. Check out and drive about 1 hour to Sanur harbour for the fast boat to Nusa Lembongan, a crossing of about 30–40 minutes. Boarding is from the beach, so expect to wade in ankle- to knee-deep water. After check-in, visit Devil's Tear, where waves crash through the rocks, and…
Nusa Penida west coast · Kelingking and Broken Beach — After an early breakfast, take the short boat across to Nusa Penida (about 15–20 minutes) and meet your driver for the west coast tour. Visit the Kelingking Beach viewpoint above the T-rex-shaped headland, then Broken Beach, a natural arch over a sea pool, and Angel's Billabong next to it, finishing at Crystal Bay. Roads on Penida are narrow and bumpy, so expect about 45–60 minutes between some…
Fast boat to Sanur · Tanah Lot sunset · Seminyak — The morning is free on Lembongan; snorkelling trips and mangrove canoe rides can be booked locally at extra cost. Take a late-morning fast boat back to Sanur and drive about 45 minutes to your hotel in Seminyak. In the late afternoon, drive about 45 minutes to 1 hour to Tanah Lot, the sea temple on a rock. Visitors cannot enter the inner shrine, but at low tide you can walk to the base of the…
Tanjung Benoa water sports · Uluwatu temple at sunset — In the morning, drive about 45 minutes to Tanjung Benoa for the water sports package. The activities are those listed in your confirmed quote, and you can add more and pay at the counter. Return to the hotel to rest. In the afternoon, drive about 1 hour to Uluwatu temple on the clifftop; temple entry and sarongs are included. The Kecak fire dance at sunset, around 6 pm and lasting about 1 hour,…
Free day in Seminyak — The day is free, with no car or guide booked. Seminyak beach is a short walk or ride from most hotels. You can book a Balinese massage, shop on Jalan Laksmana (Eat Street), or visit a beach club, which charges an entry fee or minimum spend that you pay yourself. Optional tours, such as the Mount Batur sunrise trek, can be arranged through us.
Departure from Bali — Check out by 12 noon, which is the usual hotel checkout time. The transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport takes about 30–45 minutes, but traffic can double that. Plan to reach the airport 3 hours before your international flight.

Visa & entry
Indian passport holders can get a visa on arrival for Indonesia. Apply online for the e-VOA before travel on the official site evisa.imigrasi.go.id (recommended), or buy it at Bali airport on arrival. The fee is currently IDR 500,000 per person, and the visa allows a 30-day stay that can be extended once by 30 days. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from arrival, and you need a return ticket. Two more steps apply. First, pay the Bali tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person, once per trip, through the official Love Bali website or app. Second, fill in the free All Indonesia arrival declaration online within 3 days before landing and show its QR code at the airport. Indonesia has announced a planned increase in the visa fee, so we confirm the current fee when you book.
Good to know
Since August 2026, Klungkung Regency charges foreign visitors a tourism-area fee (about IDR 25,000 per adult) plus about IDR 25,000 at each major Nusa Penida attraction such as Kelingking and Crystal Bay. Carry small rupiah notes for these.
Fast boats board and land from the beach. Wear sandals, keep phones and passports in a waterproof bag, and travel light; boats can be cancelled or delayed in rough weather, especially from November to March.
Nusa Penida's roads are narrow and bumpy, and its viewpoints have steep, unfenced edges. Take care at Kelingking and Broken Beach, and keep children close.
At temples, cover your shoulders and knees. A sarong is provided at each temple visit on this tour.
Currency is the Indonesian rupiah (IDR). ATMs are limited on the islands, so draw cash in Ubud or Sanur before the boat. Exchange US dollars on arrival, because Indian rupees are not easily exchanged in Bali.
Vegetarian food is easy to find in Ubud and Seminyak; Lembongan has fewer options, so tell us at booking if you need Jain or pure-vegetarian meals.
Questions travellers ask
Is the boat ride to the islands safe for seniors and children?
The fast boat is about 30–40 minutes and is generally fine, but boarding is from the beach through shallow water and the sea can be choppy. Seniors with mobility problems may find boarding hard, and the Penida day involves long, bumpy drives. Tell us at booking and we can suggest an easier version.
Do we go down to Kelingking beach?
No. The tour stops at the viewpoint at the top, which is where the famous photo is taken. The path down to the beach is very steep and takes about 45 minutes each way, so we do not include it.
Do we need a visa for Bali?
Yes, but it is a visa on arrival. You can apply online as an e-VOA before travel or get it at Bali airport, for IDR 500,000 per person and a 30-day stay. You also pay the IDR 150,000 Bali tourist levy and fill in the free All Indonesia arrival declaration online. We guide you through all three.
Is vegetarian food available on the islands?
Yes, but the choice is smaller than in Ubud or Seminyak. Most cafés on Lembongan serve vegetarian dishes such as fried rice, noodles and curries. For Jain food, tell us at booking so we can inform the hotels.
Are flights included?
No, the price is for the land package. We can quote flights to Bali from Hyderabad or other Indian cities separately, usually with one connection.
