Day-by-day itinerary
Arrive Dubai · Rest and settle in — Our representative meets you at Dubai International Airport (DXB) after immigration and customs and drives you to your hotel, usually 20–40 minutes depending on traffic. Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm; early check-in depends on availability and is not included. The rest of the day is free for the children to rest after the flight. Dinner is at the hotel or a nearby Indian restaurant, as set…
Dubai city tour · Afternoon at IMG Worlds of Adventure — After breakfast, a guided half-day city tour of about 4 hours: photo stops at Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Al Arab and Atlantis on Palm Jumeirah, then old Dubai, with an abra (water taxi) ride across Dubai Creek and a walk through the Gold Souk and Spice Souk. Lunch is on your own. Around 2:00 pm you are dropped at IMG Worlds of Adventure, about 30 minutes away. It is fully indoors and air-conditioned,…
Full day at Legoland Dubai — After breakfast, drive about 45 minutes to Dubai Parks and Resorts on the Abu Dhabi side of the city. Legoland Dubai usually opens 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and suits children of about 2–12 years, with gentle rides, driving schools, a Miniland of Dubai landmarks built from Lego bricks, and the Dragon roller coaster for older children. Legoland Water Park next door can be chosen instead or added as a…
Morning free · Desert safari with BBQ dinner — The morning is free. Dubai Mall is a good option: the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo and the KidZania role-play city are inside (both at extra cost), and the Dubai Fountain has short daytime shows around lunchtime. Be back at the hotel by about 3:00 pm, when a 4x4 picks you up for the desert, about 45–60 minutes' drive. After about 30 minutes of dune bashing and a sunset stop, you reach the…
Aquaventure World at Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah — After breakfast, transfer to Atlantis The Palm, about 30–40 minutes away. Aquaventure World is one of the largest water parks in the region, with a lazy river, wave pools, a children's play area and big slides; in winter it usually opens around 9:30–10:00 am and closes around 5:30 pm. Some slides need riders to be at least 1.2 m tall, and children under 1.2 m must wear a life jacket (provided).…
Departure from Dubai — Breakfast and check-out, usually by 12:00 noon; late check-out is on request and chargeable. If your flight is later in the day, the hotel can usually hold your luggage. Transfer to Dubai International Airport, reaching about 3 hours before your flight.

Visa & entry
Most Indian passport holders, including children, need a UAE tourist visa arranged before travel, usually an e-visa applied for through a travel agent or the airline. Indians holding a valid US visa or US Green Card, or an EU visa or residence permit, can get a 14-day visa on arrival (fee payable). Rules for UK visa or residence holders were under revision in 2026, so please check with us before relying on visa on arrival. Every passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
Good to know
Theme park rides are allowed by height, not age. Measure your children before travel so we can suggest the right parks and tickets.
Desert safari dune bashing is not advised for infants, pregnant women, or people with back or heart problems; they can ride in a separate vehicle that goes directly to the camp.
Carry swimwear, sunscreen, hats and a change of clothes for Aquaventure. Water parks require proper swimwear; cotton clothes are not allowed on the slides.
Vegetarian food inside theme parks is limited. Pure vegetarian and South Indian restaurants are easy to find in Bur Dubai, Karama and Al Barsha.
Outdoor parks are hot even in October and April. Plan to arrive at opening time and take breaks in the shade.
The currency is the UAE dirham (AED). Cards are widely accepted; carry some cash for souks and tips.
Questions travellers ask
Are the theme park tickets included?
No. The package includes transfers to each park, and the tickets are added to your quote separately, because prices depend on your children's ages and heights and on your travel dates. We can also suggest combo tickets that cost less than buying each park separately.
Which parks suit small children?
Legoland Dubai is designed for children of about 2–12 years. IMG Worlds and Aquaventure World both have areas for small children, but many big rides need a minimum height, often 1.2 m or more.
Is vegetarian food available?
Yes. Breakfast and dinner are included every day with vegetarian choices, and the desert safari dinner has vegetarian dishes. Inside the parks, vegetarian options are limited, so we suggest carrying snacks.
Is the desert safari safe for children and grandparents?
The camp, camel ride and dinner are fine for most people. Dune bashing can be bumpy, so infants, elderly travellers and pregnant women can skip it and go straight to the camp.
Do children need a separate visa?
Yes, every traveller, including infants, needs their own UAE visa and passport. Send us passport copies and photos for the whole family and we will apply together.
