Arrive Paris · Evening by the Seine — On arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, passport control includes the EU Entry/Exit System check (fingerprints and photo on your first Schengen entry), so allow extra time. Our driver meets you and takes you to your hotel, about 45–60 minutes. Check-in is usually from 3:00 pm. In the evening, take a slow walk along the Seine; the Eiffel Tower sparkles for 5 minutes every hour after dark.
Paris city tour · Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées — After breakfast, a guided city tour of about 4 hours: the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro viewpoint, the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, the Opéra, the Louvre pyramid from outside and Notre-Dame Cathedral (free entry; queues can be long). Free day in Paris · Montmartre in the evening — A free day. Popular options at extra cost: the Palace of Versailles (closed on Mondays; about 45 minutes away), the Louvre (closed on Tuesdays; timed tickets required) or Disneyland Paris. In the late afternoon, our suggestion is Montmartre: walk up to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica (free entry) for a view over Paris, and see the artists at Place du Tertre. Dinner is served in the evening.
Eurostar from Paris to London — After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Paris Gare du Nord. Be at the Eurostar terminal at least 90 minutes before departure: you pass French exit checks (your EES exit record) and UK border control in Paris before boarding. Neasden Mandir · Shopping on Oxford Street — After breakfast, our suggestion is a visit to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Neasden, a carved stone temple about 40 minutes from central London by Underground (free entry; modest dress required; check the darshan timings). Spend the afternoon shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street, or at Southall for Indian groceries and sweets. In the evening, pack for your flight home.
Departure from London — Breakfast and check-out, usually by 11:00 am. Transfer to London Heathrow Airport, about 1–1.5 hours depending on traffic, reaching 3 hours before your international flight. If you shopped in Paris, claim any French VAT refund before leaving the EU; the UK currently does not offer tax-free shopping for tourists.

Visa & entry
This trip needs two separate visas. France: a Schengen short-stay (Type C) visa, applied for at the France visa centre (VFS Global). The fee is €90 for adults and €45 for children aged 6–11 (free under 6), plus the VFS charge; apply up to 6 months and at least 3–4 weeks before travel, with travel insurance of at least €30,000 medical cover. Since April 2026 the EU Entry/Exit System (EES) is fully in use, so fingerprints and a face photo are taken when you enter at Paris airport and an exit is recorded at the Eurostar terminal. ETIAS does not apply to Indian visitors with a Schengen visa, and its launch has moved to 2027. United Kingdom: Indian citizens need a UK Standard Visitor visa before travel; the UK ETA is only for visa-free nationalities, so it is not an option for Indian passport holders. The fee is £135 for up to 6 months (from 8 April 2026), plus the VFS charge, and the standard decision time is about 3 weeks, longer in summer. Apply for the UK visa first, then the Schengen visa. For both, your passport must have at least 6 months' validity and blank pages.
Good to know
Two currencies: euro (€) in France and pound sterling (£) in the UK. Contactless cards and phones are accepted almost everywhere, including London buses and the Underground.
London weather changes quickly; carry an umbrella or a light rain jacket in every season. Paris and London are both cold from November to March (2–10°C).
UK plugs are three-pin (type G), different from French two-pin plugs. Carry a universal adapter.
Pickpockets are common around the Eiffel Tower, Paris Metro, Oxford Street and on the Underground. Keep passports in the hotel safe.
Indian vegetarian food is easy to find: around Gare du Nord in Paris, and in Wembley, Southall, Tooting and central London. Dinners on this tour can be arranged at Indian restaurants.
The Eurostar allows 2 large suitcases and 1 small bag per person, with no weight limit if you can lift your bags yourself.
Questions travellers ask
Do we need two visas for Paris and London?
Yes. France is in the Schengen area and the UK is not, so you need a Schengen visa and a UK Standard Visitor visa. We help you prepare both files. Apply for the UK visa first, as it usually takes longer.
Can we use the UK ETA instead of a visa?
No. The ETA is only for nationalities that do not need a UK visa. Indian passport holders must apply for a UK visitor visa.
Is the Eurostar train ticket included?
Yes, a Standard class Eurostar ticket from Paris to London is included. Plan to reach Gare du Nord at least 90 minutes before departure for the border checks.
Is going up the Eiffel Tower included?
The guided Paris tour stops at the Eiffel Tower, but the lift ticket is optional at extra cost. We can book a timed ticket for you; summit tickets sell out early in summer.
Are flights included?
No. You fly into Paris and home from London. We can book both flights and give you one combined quote with the package.
