Day-by-day itinerary
Arrive Goa · check in at your South Goa resort — Our driver meets you at Dabolim airport (about 45 minutes to the resort) or Manohar International Airport, Mopa (about 2–2.5 hours). Check in at your beachfront resort; standard check-in is usually 2–3 pm. Spend the afternoon at the pool or on the beach, and watch the sunset from the sand. Dinner is on your own at the resort or nearby.
Resort day · optional spa · Cabo de Rama sunset — A slow day at the resort: breakfast, the pool, the beach and an optional spa treatment, which you can book at the resort spa at extra cost (Ayurvedic and Balinese-style massages are common). In the late afternoon, drive about 40 minutes south to Cabo de Rama, an old fort on the cliffs, for the sunset over the sea, or take a shorter trip to Colva beach instead. Back at the resort for dinner.
Old Goa churches · spice plantation lunch · Mandovi cruise — After breakfast, drive about 1 hour to Old Goa for the Basilica of Bom Jesus, which holds the relics of St. Francis Xavier, and Se Cathedral (shoulders and knees should be covered). Continue to the Shri Mangueshi temple near Ponda and a spice plantation for a guided walk and the included Goan buffet lunch. Departure from Goa — Enjoy a last breakfast and a morning swim. Check out (usually by 11 am–12 noon; late check-out depends on availability) and transfer to Dabolim (about 45 minutes) or Mopa (about 2–2.5 hours), reaching about 2 hours before your flight.

No visa needed. Carry a government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) for every traveller, because the resort asks for it at check-in.
Good to know
All beaches in India are public, so the beach in front of the resort is open to everyone, but South Goa's resort stretches are usually quiet and the resort keeps its own loungers and lifeguards.
Drinking alcohol on beaches and in other public places is not allowed in Goa; fines under the 2026 tourism order range from ₹5,000 to ₹1 lakh. Drinks at the resort's bars and restaurants are fine.
Swimming in the sea is stopped during the monsoon (roughly June to September), but the resort pools stay open.
Churches have a dress code: cover shoulders and knees.
5-star resorts in South Goa serve good vegetarian and North and South Indian food. Tell us if you need Jain meals so we can inform the resort.
Rates are highest from mid-December to early January; book early for that period.

Which resort will we stay at?
A 5-star beachfront resort in South Goa, confirmed at booking based on availability and your dates. Taj Exotica and The Leela Goa are examples of the resorts we work with; tell us if you prefer a particular one and we will quote for it.
Is the spa included?
No. Spa treatments are optional and booked directly at the resort spa. We can pre-book a couple's massage for you if you tell us in advance.
Is the resort beach private?
Beaches in India are public, but resorts in South Goa sit on long, uncrowded stretches and provide their own loungers, towels and lifeguards for guests.
Which airport is better for South Goa?
Dabolim (GOI), which is about 45 minutes from the resort. Mopa (GOX) is about 2–2.5 hours away, so choose Dabolim flights where possible.
Does the price include flights?
No. We can book flights from Vijayawada or Hyderabad separately and send you a combined quote.
